Delivery Information

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Wholesale Orders: UK orders are usually sent on a next-day delivery service.

FREE delivery for orders over £250.00.

For orders below £250.00 the charge is £7.50.

Pallet Delivery: If your item requires pallet delivery we will usually send on a next-day delivery service.

FREE pallet delivery for UK orders over £500.00.

For UK orders below £500.00 the carriage charge is £40.00 (may vary depending on destination - please contact us for more info).

For spare parts or replacements parts we usually deliver with Royal Mail on a 48 hour service.

For orders to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland the delivery charges will vary (please contact us for more info).

Something wrong with your delivery?

For members of the public: If you have received a damaged or faulty item, the first thing you should do is contact the retailer you purchased from within 3 days of receipt and they will take it from there.

For retailers: If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us via our customer service email address or phone the sales office within 3 days of receiving the item or being notified of the fault so we can find a solution.
